    I had Root build a PC for me 2 years ago for my business. Well, unfortunately the Hard Drive died. They had provided me a 3 year warranty on the machine, so they are replacing the drive, transferring my old data to the new drive at no cost with no questions asked!! Now that is honoring your products and customer service! The machine was only built by them, they did not manufacture the parts, yet they honor it!! That is going above and beyond in my book!

    They also offer an Internet Service alternative for our area and have provided excellent service to the clients I have referred to them!

    Don't buy a canned machine, when you can have it built local with outstanding service!
